Recently, our factory's dedicated intelligent production line for board game cards has been officially put into operation. Focusing on the core demands of the board game market for card texture and durability, it has achieved dual breakthroughs in production capacity and product quality.​
The new production line adopts thickened fold-resistant cardboard and food-grade environmentally friendly ink, combined with 300 lines per inch high-precision printing technology, which accurately restores the character details and color layers of board game cards. Meanwhile, it has introduced AI visual quality inspection and automated die-cutting equipment, controlling the defect rate below 0.2% and ensuring the flatness and wear resistance of each batch of cards. According to the factory director, after the production line is put into operation, the monthly production capacity will reach 3 million sets. It can be adapted to the production of various types of board game cards, such as strategy-based and party-based ones. It can not only undertake bulk orders for popular board game IPs but also meet the small-batch customization needs of niche board game manufacturers.​
